Help the environment at your Office
- Reduce landfill by not changing mobiles phones so much, and recycle them where possible
- Vending machines emit a lot of CO2 so don’t have them in your office, or you can’t do without it unplug the lighting
- When you leave the office, turn of you PC and monitor.
- Turn off your appliances such as coffee machines and microwaves when not in use
- Try to avoid printing emails and other documents such as meeting minutes and agendas
- Use filtered water instead of bottle water
- Recycle cartridges and other machine waste from equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and printers
- Use your own mug when purchasing a takeaway coffee. Most cafes will be more than happy to fill your own mug
- Switch the lights off! When not using meeting rooms and at the end of the day
